Healthy cookies… is that even possible?

Definitely! Living a healthy vegan lifestyle does not mean you have to compensate on delicious treats such as cookies. The key to enjoying guilt-free indulgences is to use healthy, wholesome ingredients that nourish your body and provide energy.

These oatmeal banana cookies are sugar-free, low fat, vegan, oil-free, gluten free, and high in fiber. So, they’re basically a salad! Okay, well maybe not. But, these cookies are in fact healthy enough to have not only for dessert but for breakfast, snacks throughout the day.

Just mix 1 cup of oats, 1 mashed banana, and one tablespoon of cinnamon, make small balls of dough and put in the oven for around 20 minutes or until they look golden and crispy, you can always use a toothpick to check if they are done, but hey… be careful with the hot oven!
