To breathe is to live. Breathing is vital, as every cell in our bodies requires oxygen to function. Each day, our breathing occurs involuntarily, whether we are awake, sleeping, or exercising. However, sustained tensions, poor habits and daily stress can develop unconscious breathing patterns, restricting the flow of breath and life energy, as well as creating physical and emotional disorders in our body. Pranayama is the formal, but natural, practice of controlling and extending the breath – the source of our vital life force. To facilitate healing, we support a simple but deep, fast breathing process, at a rate controlled by you, in a trustful environment.
